Job summary

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• CHRP designation (or pursuing) is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Experience in full life cycle recruitment preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal; French is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday) is an asset.
• Ability to work a minimum of 2 days in Mississauga office.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of administrative and operational HR support; serve as first point of contact for employees and managers.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation; promote best practices.
• Provide HR project/assignment support to HR Director.
• Manage full cycle of recruiting: posting, sourcing, interviews, background checks, offers; liaise with agencies.
