Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Business Solutions Manager for Occupational Health & Specialty Programs. Hybrid role based in Brampton or North York with four days in-office and one day remote, reporting to the Vice President, Application and Security Services.

You will partner with business leaders, translate needs into technology priorities, and oversee delivery to achieve measurable value across clinical and operational domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business technology or related field.
• Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into technology priorities.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and prioritization for large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with Occupational Health and Specialty Programs and Technology teams.
• Develop and maintain business technology roadmap aligned to objectives.
• Oversee delivery across product, platform, data, security, and architecture.
• Shape intake requests and prioritize initiatives for value realization.
