Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Practice Management. You will shape the clinic operating platform from clinician tools to patient journeys, coordinating across clinical ops, design, and engineering. The role focuses on AI-enabled workflow improvements and scalable product delivery.
You will work in a hybrid setup, reporting to the Director of Products and Platforms, and contribute to a transformed technology and analytics function across Lifemark’s extensive network.
This is a hybrid position (4 days per week in office from 1 of our office locations below and 1 day remote).

As part of Lifemark’s Technology & Analytics transformation, we are building a modern product management function focused on enabling operational excellence, scalable growth, and exceptional clinician and patient experiences through technology-enabled workflows and platforms.
Reporting to the Director, Products and Platforms, the Senior Product Manager, Practice Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core practice management platform, the system that runs the clinic operating experience end to end, from the clinician-facing capabilities used to manage day-to-day practice operations to the patient-facing experiences that guide patients through their journey with a clinic. The role also extends into new and emerging product areas, including the application of AI within the practice management experience. Sitting at the intersection of clinical operations, design, engineering, analytics, and delivery, you will align diverse teams around a shared vision, scale the platform, and deliver measurable value for patients, clinicians, and the business alike.
