Job summary

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in a hybrid role based in Toronto. You will support financial reporting, planning, and analysis across clinics and national programs, partnering with stakeholders to inform business decisions. The role requires 2+ years in finance, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in finance or FP&A
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Strong attention to detail with checks and balances
• Able to provide sound analysis with guidance
• Adaptive and able to prioritize workload
• Strong ownership to meet deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Power BI and Excel proficiency; macros a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate period-end management reporting and variance analyses
• Own month-end close journals and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting
• Model and analyze new revenue and expense initiatives
• Work with clinic and national program leaders on planning and forecasts
• Produce ad hoc analyses as required
