Job summary

Sunwing Vacations Group seeks a Group Sales Coordinator in Toronto, ON to provide booking administration and support to Group Sales Representatives. You will handle group bookings, verify rates, and coordinate with GSRs for contracts and invoicing.

The role emphasizes professional communication with customers, timely updates, and collaboration across teams to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative and customer service experience.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Effective communication over phone and email.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with reservation systems is a plus.
• Tico certification is required when the position is offered.

Responsibilities

• Process group booking requests and verify rates.
• Balance accounting on file and issue updates.
• Coordinate with Payload, Inventory or Costings as needed.
• Handover bookings to GSR for contracts and invoicing.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
• Handle modifications and group seating requests.
• Prepare final rooming lists and issue invoices for modifications.
• Attend trainings and stay current on procedures.
