Job summary

Sunwing Vacations Group is seeking a Bilingual Group Sales Coordinator in Laval, Quebec. You will provide booking administration support for group accounts, create/modify bookings, and ensure seamless service for group customers and travel agents.

You will communicate professionally by phone and email to build relationships, support retention, and collaborate with the Group Sales Supervisor. The role is a permanent full-time position with a 35-hour workweek and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative and customer service experience.
• Bilingual in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; reservation systems experience is an asset.
• TICO/OPC certification required upon hiring.

Responsibilities

• Process group booking requests.
• Check quotes against the booking system and verify rates.
• Balance accounting on files.
• Confirm booking numbers with the Group Sales Representative and hand over the file.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding balances with customers.
• Process modifications and seating requests.
• Prepare bookings using final rooming lists.
• Issue invoices for booking modifications.
