Lightspeed is seeking a Bilingual Implementation Consultant (Golf) to join our Launch Services team. This role oversees the customer onboarding journey from kickoff to go-live, serving as the primary contact and coordinating internal resources.

Remote work within QC is supported, with a strong emphasis on English and French communication. The position offers a dynamic environment in a global golf tech company, with a base+commissions compensation structure and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in the golf industry is required or highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations via phone and email.
• Experience planning resources and assigning tasks in a non supervisory role.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both French and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct kickoff calls to outline onboarding processes and expectations.
• Ensure customer training is completed during onboarding.
• Schedule internal resources for hardware installation and billing setup.
• Communicate status and send reminders for training dates.
• Manage your segment of onboarding customers and timelines.
• Provide timely CRM updates reflecting project progress.
• Monitor time from sales close to active system use.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout onboarding.
