Job summary

TransLink is seeking a Functional Analyst, Application Services, to ensure assigned applications support business strategies and processes. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders and BTS teams.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in a related field and at least three years of business analysis in enterprise IT, with familiarity in ITIL and DevOps. It is a hybrid position in BC with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Applied Science, Business Administration or related field.
Three (3) years recent business analysis experience in supporting enterprise applications in an IT environment.
Familiarity with ITIL, Modern Service Management, Lean, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Identify and elicit business requirements and processes.
Evaluate current and future state business processes and provide technical advice.
Design, deliver, test and implement technical solutions in support of business objectives.
Liaise with stakeholders and BTS teams to resolve issues and enable solutions.
