TransLink is seeking a Business Analyst to drive organizational change by defining needs and recommending technology solutions that deliver value to stakeholders across the Metro Vancouver region.
The role requires a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and at least six years of IT and business analysis experience in complex enterprise environments. Hybrid work supports on-site and remote activity within B.C.

Facilitates the process and organizational change for a business unit by defining needs and recommending technology solutions that deliver value to stakeholders through the discipline of Business Analysis. Ensures stakeholder requirements and solution options are conveyed in terms of impact, risk, cost and alignment to corporate priorities and objectives. Provides expertise to ensure appropriate technology is utilized to meet the business need.
The requirements for this position are acquired through completion of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, plus six (6) years of information technology and business analysis in a complex environment with enterprise systems, and multi-stakeholder projects.
An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.
37.5 hours per week.
Hybrid. This position offers the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely within B.C.
The salary for this position ranges from $84,480 - $126,720 per annum. Actual salary offered will be based on education, experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the role.
