Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, AAC or equivalent business analysis certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help shape discovery and initiative shaping before project initiation.
• Clarify business needs with sponsors, owners, and delivery teams.
• Define problem statements, scope, assumptions, constraints and risks.
• Translate requirements into process maps and documentation.
• Support planning, backlog refinement, and testing readiness.
