Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Business Analyst experience.
• Strong foundational BA skills including requirements gathering, use case modelling, process mapping, swim lane diagrams, and stakeholder analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and move from strategic goals into detailed requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables efficiently.
• POS, fintech, banking, or other transaction-based systems experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level project goals into structured analysis, requirements, and deliverables.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand business processes, users, system functions, and priorities.
• Establish project vision and scope before detailing requirements and process analysis.
• Create use cases, process models, swim lane diagrams, stakeholder diagrams, and other BA documentation.
• Communicate information clearly to different audiences in the chosen format.
• Support POS initiatives, including work involving system integrations, APIs, and data.
• Maintain momentum in a fast-moving project environment with strong attention to detail.
