Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• CPA designation is an asset and demonstrates professional standards.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting analysis, FP&A or financial analysis.
• Strong English communication with French collaboration as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to financial planning, forecasts and multi-year projections.
• Monitor performance of investment activities and develop decision-support tools.
• Create and maintain KPIs and dashboards for management oversight.
• Partner with investment teams to interpret results and financial impacts.
