Job summary

iA Financial Group in Quebec, Montreal, is seeking a Financial Performance Advisor to drive financial forecasts, budgeting, and KPI-driven decision support within the Investments sector. The role focuses on building dashboards in Power BI and Excel, analyzing results, and informing capital allocation decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of accounting/FP&A experience, a strong English/French skill set, and a CPA is an asset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting analysis, FP&A, or financial analysis.
• Intermediate level of English, advanced level of French.
• CPA designation or in progress is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to financial forecasts, multi-year projections, and business scenarios.
• Participate in budgeting, consolidation, and management reporting.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to support management decisions and capital allocation.
• Maintain dashboards and decision-support tools using Power BI and Excel.
• Partner with investment teams on financial performance and impacts of operational decisions.
• Contribute to the evolution of cost models for investment activities.
