Zen Educate Inc. in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Financial Analyst / Business Partner to move finance from mere reporting to strategic decision-making.

You will own core reporting, budget and reforecast cycles, and act as the finance partner for Regional Directors across the UK, US and Canada. This is a hybrid role (2 days from home) with a market salary of CAD 80,000–CAD 90,000 plus stock options and benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, business analysis, or similar analytical role with budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets with integrated models.
• BI tools and coding languages are beneficial but not required.
• Degree in a numerate subject, or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), in progress or completed.

Responsabilidades

• Own a core set of weekly and monthly management reports end to end and automate where possible.
• Lead annual budget and quarterly reforecasts across multiple regions with auditable models.
• Partner with regional directors and commercial leads to explain levers behind performance.
• Improve finance systems, data quality and documentation (Coda, BI tooling, automation).
