Job summary

Fittes in Toronto, a female-owned-and-led product design company, seeks a hands-on Finance Analyst to own budgeting, reconciliations, and month-end activities. You will reconcile high-volume Amazon and Shopify revenue, support pricing decisions, and collaborate with Operations to ensure inventory accuracy and profitability.

You’ll report to the Financial Controller and work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, Tuesdays required, 2 days WFH).

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role (Finance Associate, Trade Analyst)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business / Commerce
• Excel expert who builds clean, auditable models and reconciliations
• Experience with month-end close and high data volumes
• ERP experience; SAP is a plus, Netsuite/QuickBooks also acceptable
• Experience in CPG, e-commerce or inventory-heavy businesses; Amazon or Shopify reconciliations and pricing work a plus
• Able to explain numbers clearly to non-spreadsheet folks
• Hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration

Responsibilities

• Own budget process: update budget vs. actuals and control expenses
• Reconcile Amazon and Shopify revenue against SAP and payouts
• Support pricing: price audits and new SKU pricing
• Analyze margins and forecast costs to improve profitability
• Month-end close and reporting packages with Controller
• Manage month-end inventory with Operations; explain variances
