Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to analyze data and solve problems independently.
• Demonstrate knowledge of accounting procedures, policies, and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Oracle software skills (or similar ERP) are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to Controlling & Budgeting plans and programs for budgets, reports, and forecasts.
• Partner with local management to improve financial performance and value.
• Develop local policies for costs, variances, and budget control.
• Collaborate with Region/Global Controlling for KPI measurement and data framework.
• Review monthly performance and identify risks to targets; develop action plans.
• Translate business needs into effective budgeting and policy plans.
• Coordinate changes to Controlling & Budgeting policies and processes.
• Analyze budgeting/controlling processes and drive improvements.
• Work with Key Account Managers on Trade Spend management and optimization.
• Guide employees on Controlling & Budgeting matters and engage stakeholders.
