Job summary

Total Power Limited in Canada is seeking a Canadian Corporate Controller to lead the end-to-end controllership, ensure accurate multi-entity close within four business days, and manage year-end audits with a focus on robust controls and reporting.

Reporting to the VP Finance - Canada, you will oversee D365 and OneStream reporting, drive governance, and provide strategic accounting leadership across divisions in a hybrid Mississauga environment.

Qualifications

• CPA with strong technical accounting knowledge and final review authority.
• Ability to manage multi-entity, multi-currency close processes.
• Experience delivering month-end closes within four business days.
• Experience delivering year-end audits within 45 calendar days.
• Proven ability to translate accounting outcomes into actionable business actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Canadian monthly close and deliver results within four business days.
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, estimates, and reconciliations.
• Oversee end-to-end reporting from D365 to OneStream with mappings and validations.
• Lead external audit processes and ensure timely year-end deliverables.
• Lead and develop the accounting team and align with business leaders.
