The Service Center Representatives are the first point of contact for our residents, prospective tenants, property management staff and leasing teams.

S/he maintains a high degree of focus in dealing with multiple situations that are people focused. S/he takes responsibility as being the best of the best while delivering exceptional service to residents in a fast-paced environment.

Akelius est à la recherche d’un(e) représentant(e) du centre de services anglophone pour se joindre à l’équipe du centre de services nord-américain.

Les représentant(e)s du centre de services sont le premier point de contact pour nos résidents, nos locataires potentiels, nos équipes de gestion immobilière et nos équipes de location.

La personne titulaire du poste doit être en mesure de gérer plusieurs situations simultanément, en accordant une attention particulière aux besoins des personnes. Elle prend ses responsabilités à cœur et s’engage à offrir un service exceptionnel aux résidents dans un environnement dynamique.

• Offrir un service courtois et personnalisé à nos clients par courriel et par téléphone.
• Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels des clients de manière courtoise et dans les meilleurs délais.
• Assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle.
• Créer, saisir les données et traiter les bons de travail des résidents en y inscrivant des renseignements détaillés.
• Transmettre les bons de travail aux sous-traitants.
• Assurer la liaison avec les équipes de gestion immobilière et de location.
• Effectuer le suivi des bons de travail jusqu’à leur réalisation.
• Participer aux rappels de paiement des loyers.
• Gérer les situations prioritaires de manière professionnelle.
• Respecter l’ensemble des indicateurs de performance du centre de services.
• Maintenir une communication ouverte avec l’équipe du centre de services et la direction afin de proposer des améliorations, de formuler des suggestions et de partager des idées.
• Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe assignée.

Profil recherché

• Posséder au moins 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste en service à la clientèle ou dans un centre d’appels.
• Avoir une approche axée sur le client, être positif(ve), professionnel(le) et accueillant(e).
• Posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais.
• La connaissance de l’espagnol constitue un atout.
• Démontrer de bonnes capacités de résolution de problèmes, un sens des responsabilités, la capacité d’anticiper et de gérer les enjeux, ainsi qu’une approche axée sur les solutions.
• Avoir un bon esprit d’équipe.
• Faire preuve de calme et de sang-froid dans les situations exigeantes.
• Posséder de bonnes compétences en gestion du temps.
• Une expérience dans le secteur immobilier est souhaitable. La connaissance du logiciel Yardi constitue un atout.
