Job summary

BlueSky Personnel Solutions in downtown Toronto is seeking an eLearning Curriculum Designer for a hybrid role. Salary range: $76,000–$80,000 plus a generous annual bonus.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning content, manage LMS platforms, design assessments, and ensure accessibility and user experience. The ideal candidate holds a post-secondary degree, has LMS experience, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field.
• Experience designing virtual and in-person learning programs.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high-quality educational content and training materials
• Manage and optimize learning platforms to ensure effective content delivery for diverse learning needs
• Design and coordinate assessments to measure learning effectiveness and program outcomes
• Review and update learning resources to align with industry standards, accessibility, and user experience best practices
• Support platform users and utilize feedback to drive continuous system and process enhancements
