Job summary

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Medical Records/Data Entry role in Mississauga, Ontario, focused on eIFU coordination and publication of medical device documentation. Qualifications

• Experience in medical data entry and records management environments.
• Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 0-2 years.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with metadata.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Labeling, and Manufacturing Engineering before publishing eIFU records.
• Prepare, review, and publish eIFU records across countries and languages.
• Notify stakeholders when publications are completed.
• Maintain logs, records and metadata for published documentation.
• Assist customers with documentation requests and record retrieval.
• Follow document retention and storage policies.
• Archive eIFU records from websites when required.
• Support process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
