Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a Project Manager for Dynamics 365 F&O to lead full implementation, upgrade, or major enhancements. You will ensure governance adherence, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor the team through ERP projects.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to work with client staff during deployment and training, driving high-quality delivery across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including strong experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations /AX and/or D365 CE/CRM projects.
• Comprehensive project management experience including the management of budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes and quality.
• Experience with DevOps and MS Project.
• Coaching and/or mentoring experience.
• Exceptional presentation skills for internal/external purposes.
• Ability to listen and effectively communicate orally and in writing with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for full implementation, upgrade or major enhancement projects.
• Ensure that BDO project governance framework is applied to projects and that governance documentation is maintained, published and stored according to BDO Quality Audit standards.
• Ensure that the BDO Project Team follows BDO Implementation Methodology and is producing deliverables to standards and on schedule.
• Review Key Deliverables to assure scope and budget remain aligned as well as the contractual terms and scope of assigned projects.
• Provide input to BDO PMO for ongoing refinement of BDO Project Governance, Implementation Methodology, contracts and templates; mentors colleagues and provides guidance and support.
• Act as a client advocate throughout engagements and participates in training of client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations.
