Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a Project Manager for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / AX and D365 CE/CRM to join our Digital team in Ontario. This new role requires strong PM leadership for ERP projects in a flexible hybrid work environment.

You will own governance, budget, scope, and delivery, mentor colleagues, and act as client advocate while supporting digital transformation for clients. The position reports to the BDO PMO and offers growth opportunities within a top Canadian firm.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with ERP projects.
Experience managing budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes and quality.
Experience with DevOps and MS Project.
Coaching or mentoring experience.
Exceptional presentation skills for internal/external purposes.
Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Provide project management leadership for full implementation, upgrade or major enhancements.
Ensure governance framework is applied and documentation is maintained per standards.
Follow methodology and ensure deliverables are on schedule and within scope.
Review deliverables to ensure alignment with contract terms and budget.
Contribute to PMO governance and mentor colleagues.
Act as a client advocate and train client staff during ERP implementations.
