Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Vancouver is hiring a seasoned Document Control IV to lead project information governance across the portfolio. You will manage document control, records retention, and tool implementations to ensure compliant, auditable information flows for large capital programs.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with IT and engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement in procedures while aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading document management in engineering/construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of EDMS and document control software.
• Accreditations such as AIIM, CIP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide document control, records management, and information governance across the project lifecycle.
• Lead document control workflows, numbering standards, and templates to ensure accessible, accurate records.
• Oversee audits, training, and mentoring of a team to improve procedures and performance.
