Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Vancouver is seeking a Junior Project Cost Control Consultant to support budget management, cost tracking, forecasting and reporting on large capital projects. Hybrid work arrangement: four days in Vancouver, one day remote per week.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years’ experience on capital programs and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus professional cost-control credentials in progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on large capital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related.
• Registered for and seeking AACE CCP, CEP, PSP, PRMP, EVP, or PMI equivalent.
• Equivalent training or proficiency testing accepted in lieu of the above.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost control across budgets and forecasts.
• Support invoice review, commitment management, and accruals.
• Prepare financial reports and board documentation.
• Track costs and identify overruns, mitigating risks.
