Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Montréal, QC, is seeking a Senior Document Control Technician to oversee project document management and governance across major EPCM projects. The role focuses on establishing controls, training teams, and driving efficiency and cost optimization.

Fluency in French and English is required to interact with clients and suppliers in English-speaking regions. The position offers a hybrid working culture with opportunities to mentor teams and contribute to ongoing tool and process

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of document management experience within EPCM, including at least 5 years in a mid/senior role.
• Ability to support contract management, commercial activities, planning, scheduling, and engineering teams through document management.

Responsibilities

• Follow and apply document management procedures and controls across projects.
• Lead and supervise the document control team to ensure consistency.
• Oversee governance and ensure systems are properly implemented and utilized.
• Support development and continuous improvement of document management tools, systems, and processes.
