Job summary

Masco Canada is seeking a Director of Sales and Business Development to lead strategic growth across Trade channels, Showrooms, and Residential Projects in a hybrid role based in St. Thomas, ON. You will drive strategies, oversee enablement tooling, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value.

You will manage P&L considerations, develop forecasts, and coach teams to achieve aggressive commercial KPIs while navigating a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field; MBA is an asset.
• 10+ years in business development, sales strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in plumbing, building materials, or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of sales and business development strategies for Trade segments (Commercial, Showroom, Residential New Construction, etc).
• Lead and develop the Business Development and Sales Enablement teams with clear accountability.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, specifiers, and agencies; drive opportunities and partnerships.
