Job summary

Masco Canada is seeking a Director of FP&A and Commercial Controlling to lead enterprise financial planning and commercial finance activities from St. Thomas, ON, in a role that combines on-site and hybrid work.

You will guide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and business-case evaluation, partnering with senior leaders to drive profitability and growth. The role requires 8+ years in FP&A or related fields, a strong track record in leadership, and expertise in financial modelling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA/CMA or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or corporate finance with leadership responsibility.
• Experience evaluating pricing, customer programs, profitability, and commercial agreements.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability with strong Excel and ERP/data-visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Provide financial leadership on revenue, pricing, profitability, customer programs, and strategic initiatives; develop a high-performing finance team.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic priorities, investments, business cases, and resource allocation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across revenue, margin, and operating expenses.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes.
• Oversee intercompany and transfer-pricing arrangements with finance, tax, and legal partners.
