Dynacare in Brampton, Ontario is seeking a Customer Care Representative. You will resolve inquiries via telephone, email, fax, and social media, manage the call log, and support health professionals and patients with requisitions and testing details.

This contract, full-time 18 months offers 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid role with shift coverage from 7:00 am to 12:00 am, Monday through Sunday, at 115 Midair Court, Brampton. Pay is CAD 19.50–23.75 per hour with growth opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and good typing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy and ability to stay composed with difficult customers.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance to customers regarding Dynacare services via multiple channels.
• Monitor social media comments and respond per guidelines.
• Assist health professionals and patients with test requisitions and special instructions.
• Communicate patient costs, specimen collection requirements and related details.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and timely.
• Contact customers to gather information and coordinate updates.
