Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in compensation, total rewards or HR analytics.
• Degree, diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with large/complex data sets.
• Experience with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, market surveys or incentive programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-quality skills.
• Ability to explain data and compensation concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential employee information.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual merit increase and incentive compensation cycles.
• Administer quarterly Sales Incentive Plan payouts.
• Conduct compensation analysis, market pricing and salary benchmarking.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze internal and external market data.
• Build costing models, dashboards and reports.
• Support job evaluations and maintain accurate compensation data.
• Prepare analysis for Labour Relations and collective bargaining requirements.
• Develop clear compensation and total rewards communications.
• Contribute to broader total rewards initiatives, including benefits, pension, wellness and leaves.
