Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling invites a Compensation Analyst to join our national team. You will analyze compensation and total rewards data across Canada, supporting market pricing, surveys and cost modelling to inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has two years in compensation or HR analytics, advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into insights for diverse audiences. Hybrid work with in-office days in Toronto and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

At least two years of experience in compensation, total rewards or HR analytics.
Degree, diploma or equivalent in HR, business, finance or related field.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with large or complex data sets.
Experience with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, market surveys or incentive programs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-quality skills.
Ability to explain data and compensation concepts clearly to different audiences.
Ability to handle confidential employee information with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of compensation and total rewards programs across Canada.
Assist in annual merit increases and incentive compensation cycles.
Conduct compensation analysis, market pricing and salary benchmarking.
Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data.
Build costing models, dashboards and reports.
Support job evaluations and maintain compensation data.
Prepare analysis for Labour Relations and collective bargaining requirements.
Develop clear compensation and total rewards communications.
Contribute to broader total rewards initiatives including benefits, pension, wellness and leaves.
