Job summary

TD in Toronto, Canada seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Compensation Advisory function within Global Total Rewards. You will deliver professional research, high-quality analytics, and technical services to support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of compensation policies for the Canadian Personal Banking line.

The role requires 3+ years of compensation experience and an undergraduate degree; CCP designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Management, HR/Labour Relations, Mathematics or Economics.
• Direct experience in a Compensation role is an asset.
• CCP designation is an asset.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of the market intelligence process, including research and data interpretation.
• Prepare detailed compensation analytics and models for cyclical and ad hoc deliverables.
• Support compensation recommendations with market intelligence and equity valuations.
• Monitor trends in the external market.
• Assist the team with research and analysis across business groups.
