Job summary

Podtech Data Centers Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs. You will manage market pricing, benchmarking, data accuracy, and reporting to ensure internally equitable pay practices.

You will collaborate with Senior Compensation Specialist and People & Culture Managers to maintain data and improve processes during the annual compensation cycle. Hybrid work in Vancouver supports flexibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with compensation data management (salary ranges, job profiles, hourly rate files).
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using surveys and market data sources.
• Support annual compensation cycle including merit, promotion, and market adjustments.

• Maintain compensation data, salary ranges, job profiles, and hourly rate files.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for new and existing roles.
• Prepare benchmarking summaries and recommendations for review by the Senior Compensation Specialist.
• Support the annual compensation review cycle, including merit, promotion, and market adjustment analysis.
• Provide analytics and reporting to support compensation decision-making and monitor budget impact.
