Springboard’s Community Learning HUB is seeking a Communications & Special Projects Coordinator to support operations, partnerships, and content for Canada-wide programs. Hybrid work options combine remote collaboration with in-person activities at the Toronto campus, aligning with our mission to empower youth and communities.

Competenze

• Diploma in Social Sciences, Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Experience in supporting marketing and communications content creation and strategy.
• Experience in outreach and partnership development.
• Experience in facilitating educational programs or workshops.
• Ability to engage with diverse populations using an anti-oppressive framework.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and oral communication skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct outreach and partnership development with HUB facilitators and partner organizations.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions for HUB partners and facilitators.
• Lead content creation for HUB communications channels (newsletter, website, social media).
• Create onboarding resources and communications for new HUB partners and facilitators.
• Ensure data integrity of HUB communications lists and track over 2,000 HUB facilitators.
• Data collection and analysis of communications engagement and client feedback.
• Provide general administrative support for HUB projects.
