Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship, marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and advertising operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of contra and Local Community Transaction partnerships.
• Review partnership agreements, deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations.
• Set up contra and LCT accounts in HubSpot.
• Book contra advertising in HubSpot and Naviga, ensuring accuracy with the contract.
• Coordinate with Sales and partners to collect creative assets required for campaigns.
• Follow up on outstanding creative, campaign materials, event details, ticket requirements, activation needs.
• Track delivery against contracts and fulfill obligations on time.
• Prepare updates and reporting on campaign delivery and remaining obligations.
