OTIP Group of Companies (OGC) in Canada is seeking a commercial insurance specialist to build strong client relationships and manage a book of business.

You will handle renewals, policy changes, and claims assistance while explaining coverage details and staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes. The role supports flexible work options and a path for professional growth.

Qualifications

• AIC license is required.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial property and casualty, commercial auto and farm insurance.
• Excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong time management, organization and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Attracts new business by building a sales pipeline and following up on leads.
• Provides service to an assigned client book including renewals and claims support.
• Manages policy documents and records accuracy.
• Communicates policy changes to insurers and monitors renewals.
• Serves as main contact post-sale for client inquiries and claims.
• Willingness to travel as required.
