Job summary

TW Insurance Services Ltd. is seeking a Farm & Commercial Broker to manage a portfolio of farm and commercial properties across Western Canada. The role focuses on growing new business, servicing existing clients, and ensuring accurate policy administration.

Client relations, renewals, and claims support are core responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and market knowledge to advise customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Requires AIC license and minimum three years' experience in commercial property & casualty, commercial auto and farm insurance.
• Proven exceptional communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong time management, project management and organizational abilities.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Attracts new business by building a sales pipeline and contacting clients through lead generation, including cross-selling.
• Provides comprehensive service to an assigned book of clients, assisting with renewals, policy changes and claims.
• Handles policy documents accurately, delivering renewals and invoices on time and maintaining records.
• Sends policy changes to insurers, monitors renewals and identifies gaps in coverage.
• Develops market knowledge to advise clients on risk fit and regulatory changes.
