Qualifications

• RIBO license is required.
• 2+ years of farm and commercial insurance experience.
• Familiarity with coverage types, policy workings, and insurance products; MS Office and Applied TAM/Epic are assets.
• Strong problem-solving, research, and collaboration with insurers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client service for renewals and inquiries.
• Process and deliver renewal documents and invoices accurately.
• Send policy changes to insurers and ensure coverage accuracy; monitor renewals.
• Record and update claim information; provide updates as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date policy and client records for easy reference.
• Provide backup support for other Commercial Lines Brokers when needed.
• Follow procedures and comply with insurance regulations.
