Qualifications

• Proven leadership of software teams delivering large SaaS products.
• Hands-on software development background with coding experience.
• Ability to design and review architecture and code.
• Experience hiring and developing engineers in a fast-paced market.
• Strong capability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Track record of coaching engineers to grow technically and professionally

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your triad to understand business challenges and craft a team roadmap.
• Design and oversee technical solutions with your team.
• Provide constructive feedback on code reviews and architecture documents.
• Act as a contributor through code reviews or shipping features.
• Hold 1:1s with direct reports to support career growth.
• Participate in hiring to expand the engineering team at Clio.
• Review code from your team and other developers for quality and consistency.
