Job summary

Circle of Care is hiring two Full-Time Permanent Client Services Supervisors at our Head Office in Toronto. The role is hybrid with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days, reporting to the Supervisor, Operations.

Salary ranges from CAD 37,000 to CAD 44,000 plus paid time off and benefits. Ideal candidates have strong English communication, excellent customer service, and experience in call centers or similar settings.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone, interpersonal, verbal/written communication in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving to resolve urgent customer situations.
• Proficient with Windows environment; e.g., Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Answer all customer phone calls using standard customer-focused practices.
• Listen to requests, identify needs, and route to appropriate departments or persons.
• Perform first-level information gathering and triaging for urgent calls per protocols; document conversations.
• Troubleshoot client issues and elevate as needed following standards.
• Participate in scheduling verification and continuous service improvements.
