Job summary

Procom is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a 12-month contract with a hybrid schedule in Toronto, Ontario. The role supports the Global Wealth Management Records & Information Management program by developing and maintaining Records Inventories and guiding business units to meet regulatory obligations.

The analyst will partner with stakeholders, document records requirements, help plan inventories, report progress, and align activities with the Enterprise Records Management Policy while staying

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience on organizational change projects.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory obligations and controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of Records Inventories for CWM & SGAM units.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive Records Inventory execution.
• Identify records required to satisfy regulatory obligations.
• Assist in project plans and schedules for Records Inventories.
• Provide status reporting on Inventories progress and completion.
• Ensure Inventories align with Enterprise Records Management Policy.
• Escalate risks to the Director, Records & Information Management.
