Job summary

Toronto Hydro is seeking a Capital and Maintenance Program Analyst to support THESL Capital and Maintenance Execution Work Programs. The role focuses on data gathering, analysis, gap identification, and reporting to enable governance and compliance.

Hybrid work is offered, with onsite days Tue-Thu and residence in Ontario within commuting distance to the office. Responsibilities include developing processes, improving programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and creating automated reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical and Civil preferred).
• 3–5+ years of data analysis, gap analysis and reporting experience.
• 2+ years in construction project environment and project/program management exposure is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze gaps and trends for projects/programs and prepare status reports.
• Manage performance of contractors and assist with root cause analyses.
• Support process improvement initiatives and process mapping.
• Create and maintain reporting applications, forms and databases.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project execution.
