Job summary

Toronto Hydro Corporation seeks a Capital & Maintenance Program Analyst to lead schedule development, data analysis, and reporting for capital and maintenance work programs. The role focuses on improving governance, building automated reports, and supporting the Construction group with analytics and process improvements.

You will analyze trends, develop tools, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely program delivery while leveraging Tableau and Alteryx for insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Technology, Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in schedule development, data analysis, gap analysis, report creation, workflow automation, business process design, business intelligence and performance management.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Project, Access and Word.
• Experience with Tableau and Alteryx is an asset.
• 3+ years in business process redesign, analysis for projects and developing new initiatives.
• CBAP/Six Sigma/Data Science certificates are assets; PMP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains construction and design schedules in support of Program Management.
• Analyzes gaps and trends for various programs and portfolios.
• Prepares reports on program delivery status and outcomes.
• Identifies gaps, performs analyses, and develops recommended solutions.
• Gathers data, analyzes data, and creates accurate reports.
• Leads process and tool improvement projects and process mapping for continuous improvement.
• Liaises with stakeholders to coordinate program execution.
• Identifies opportunities to automate workflows using tools like Alteryx.
