Gallagher Bassett Canada is seeking a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for our Scarborough branch, operating as a hybrid worker. You will investigate, evaluate, and settle bodily injury claims across general liability, product liability, property damage, and auto tort files.

You will negotiate with solicitors, interact with clients and other stakeholders, exercise sound judgment, and document activity in line with company policies and best practices.

Formación

• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices; analytical skills to resolve claims.
• Ability to negotiate settlements and interpret related documentation.

• Analyze claims exposure and determine proper action to settle.
• Interact extensively with parties involved in the claim process.
• Negotiate with solicitors and other parties within authority to resolve claims.
