Aviva Canada is seeking a liability claims professional for the ABI team. You will investigate, evaluate, and settle Auto BI and Commercial General Liability claims, communicating with clients and brokers, and working with defense counsel on litigation when needed.

Hybrid flexible work model with a strong growth trajectory; salary band CAD 80,000–95,000 and comprehensive rewards package; you will manage a high-volume workload focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Auto BI and Commercial General Liability claims.
• Ability to liaise with clients, brokers and defense counsel.
• Knowledge of insurance policy wordings and claim reserves.

Responsabilités

• Support ABI value proposition through excellent communication on claim matters.
• Investigate, evaluate and settle Auto BI and CGL claims with claimants or representatives.
• Handle files in pre-litigation, litigation and out-of-province scenarios.
• Collaborate with defense counsel to resolve files timely and efficiently.
• Interpret coverage and set reserves in line with company protocols.
