This role involves assessing past due accounts and maximizing customer payments while maintaining relationships. The Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls, requiring flexibility in shifts from 8 am to 8 pm. Candidates should have over 2 years’ experience in collections, be bilingual in French and English, and have knowledge of Canadian collection practices. A hybrid work model with one day in-office is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Collections Analyst.
• Knowledge of Canadian collection practices and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Collect on active accounts in any stage of delinquency.
• Collect end-of-term billing on terminated accounts.
• Negotiate best possible payment amount on non-performing loans.

Connaissances

Bilingual in French and English

Knowledge of effective collections techniques

Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel

Managing conflict

Formation

High school graduate
