Qualifications

• 1–2 years in collections, sales, or customer service or call center.
• Fluent in French and English is required.
• Able to pass background checks including criminal, employment and credit.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for customers by understanding their situations and offering solutions.
• Perform outbound calls to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating repayment plans.
• Support operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent accounts.
• Engage in negotiations with customers to secure the optimal arrangement.
• Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems.
• Document collections activities and processes with strong administration.
