Qualifications

• College diploma in administration, insurance and financial services (asset)
• 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or insurance/financial services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process new insurance applications using our systems and tools
• Ensure transactions comply with business rules and procedures
• Issue contracts and prepare the appropriate correspondence
• Respond to client calls and inquiries regarding policy administration
• Manage day-to-day transactions including changes, updates, and renewals
• Maintain high productivity and accuracy and escalate complex cases when needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
