• Manage day-to-day transactions including changes, updates, and renewals
• Maintain high productivity and accuracy and escalate complex cases when needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

As a Agent, Client Service and Administration , you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing new insurance applications using our systems and tools
• Ensuring transactions comply with business rules and established procedures
• Issuing contracts and preparing the appropriate correspondence
• Responding to client telephone calls and written inquiries regarding policy administration
• Managing day-to-day transactions, including banking changes, beneficiary updates, coverage modifications, and annual renewals
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
• Escalating complex cases through established processes
• Actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for continuous improvement

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a college diploma in administration, insurance and financial services (an asset), or a related field
• Has 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in administration, customer service, or insurance and financial services
• Is recognized for their attention to detail, autonomy, and analytical abilities
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Has an excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Has an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as the role requires daily communication with French-speaking clients and the handling of documentation in French
