Job summary

Aviva Canada is seeking an Intermediate Auto Claims Advisor/Adjuster in Toronto (Hybrid). You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the auto claims process, conducting investigations and deciding on the best course of action.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of auto claims or call center experience, plus strong communication skills and comfort with digital workflows. The role offers a hybrid schedule, a salary band of 50k–58k CAD, benefits and career development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Auto Claims Adjusting experience is an asset.
• 1–2 years’ Call Center experience is an asset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfort working in a digital environment and completing online tasks.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the claims process by investigating auto collision claims and addressing their needs.
• Comply with company and regulatory practices to deliver best-practice outcomes.
• Work autonomously in a digital environment and participate in ongoing training.
• Support Aviva’s initiatives to enhance customer experience.
