Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. in Ottawa is seeking an architectural coordinator with a technical background to keep projects organized from design through delivery.

In this hybrid role you’ll work with project leadership, manage document control, schedules, and communication with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure quality and on-time progress. Reliability clearance or eligibility to obtain is required, along with strong Revit/AutoCAD familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and circulate technical and administrative project information across all phases of design and delivery
• Oversee project documentation workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal quality standards
• Track and manage schedules for key project milestones including RFIs, shop drawings, payment certificates, and other submissions
• Lead document control processes and act as a liaison between internal teams and external consultants, contractors, and clients
• Participate in internal project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to keep teams aligned
• Review, amend and archive drawings and documents, ensuring required seals and approvals are in place prior to distribution
